Element's Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the rules you must follow when using Element (“the Bot”). By adding or using the Bot, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Element. We reserve the right to suspend any user, server, or community that violates these Terms.

Rule One: Compliance with Discord Policies

You must adhere to the official Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.

Rule Two: Prohibited Automations & Spam

Using user-bots, macros, scripts, or auto-typers for command automation is strictly forbidden. Excessive spamming is also prohibited and may result in suspension.

Rule Three: Reporting Exploits or Bugs

Any exploits or bugs must be reported immediately in our support server. Sharing these vulnerabilities with others outside official channels is not allowed.

Rule Four: Harassment & Malicious Behavior

Engaging in rumors, harassment, or “witch hunts” against staff, other users, or Element itself is grounds for suspension or ban.

Rule Five: Responsibility for Permissions

You are fully responsible for who you grant server moderation or administrative rights to. Refer to Discord’s Guide on Moderation Permissions to better understand how to manage your server.

Rule Six: Appropriate Usage

You agree not to use Element for:

  • Illegal activities or encouraging such behavior.
  • Harassing, harming, or violating the rights of others (e.g., privacy, IP rights).

Rule Seven: Data Collection & Privacy

By using Element, you consent to the collection and use of your information according to our Privacy Policy.

Rule Eight: No Warranty

Element is provided “as is,” with no express or implied warranties. The developers assume no liability for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Bot.

Rule Nine: Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time and will announce changes in the support server. Continued use of Element after revisions indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
