2. Data Collected by Commands

We only collect data that users intentionally provide through commands, such as:

  • Data relevant to automated tasks (Cog settings, custom commands, etc.)
  • Message content, if explicitly stored for features like “snipe,” “automod,” or “starboard”

3. Data Collected by Events

Certain features may automatically record:

  • Message Content (for moderation or tracking features)
  • Member activity (e.g., join or leave events)

4. Data Deletion Requests

If you wish to remove data that is not inherently bound to server-wide logs (for example, personal donation info or mod logs), please contact us through the support server.

5. Data Storage & Security

All collected data is stored on secured servers, employing encryption and password-protected databases. While we strive to protect your data, no method is entirely infallible. By using Element, you acknowledge that absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

6. Policy Amendments

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time and will announce changes in our support server. Continued use of Element after these changes indicates your acceptance of the updates.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By adding or using Element, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you disagree, please refrain from using the Bot or leave the server that hosts it.
